Privacy
Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
369 ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the 369 app, how we use it, and your rights around that data.
Information We Collect
Intentions you write
When you use 369, you type a personal intention and write it back to yourself during each session. This text is stored on our servers so your progress can sync across devices and so we can display your cycle history.
Progress & session data
We record which sessions you complete, your streak count, and your 21-day cycle progress. This data powers your home screen, streaks, and milestone markers.
Community presence
To show how many people are manifesting alongside you, we track whether you are actively in a session. You appear to other users only as an anonymous count — your identity and intention are never revealed to anyone.
Device & usage data
We collect standard technical information: device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports. We use this solely to keep the app stable and fix bugs.
Notifications
If you grant permission, we send push notifications to remind you of your morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Sync your cycle, streak, and session history across your devices
- Display the live community count during sessions
- Send session reminder notifications (only if you've enabled them)
- Diagnose crashes and improve app reliability
- Generate anonymous, aggregate statistics about app usage
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your intention text for advertising, training machine-learning models, or any purpose other than running the app for you.
Data Sharing
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate 369 — cloud hosting (to store your data), push notification infrastructure (Apple APNs), and crash analytics. These providers process data only on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
No selling or advertising
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as you use the app. If you delete the app, your data remains on our servers for 30 days in case you reinstall, then is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing hi@jacksonfall.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@jacksonfall.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
369 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
